What types of media are used for prints?

- Acid-free, Lignin-free, heavyweight cotton-poly blend
This elegantly textured features soft-matte surface with a bright white point, exceptionally high Dmax, and wide color gamut. The canvas base is enhanced with elastic polymers providing high tensile strength and flexibility for gallery wrap stretching without cracking.
All canvas prints are coated with a non-yellowing, UV resistant, liquid topcoat for added protection, durability, and print life.
Please ask about different border options including:
- Mirrored (cloned) borders
- Black borders (standard for gallery wrap)
- Specially selected colors from your artwork
Your artwork can be stretched on 3/4" stretcher bars or gallery wrapped on 1.5" thick bars for that museum quality look at no additional cost.
All prints are stretched on a light-weight, select pine wood, and properly reinforced for added rigidity and strength. Your stretched giclée will be ready to hang.

Infusing dyes directly into specially coated metal prints result in outstanding image clarity and vibrancy with exceptional detail and resolution. The subtle reflective quality shines through in lighter areas of the image.
Metal prints are also extremely durable, offering scratch and abrasion resistance without hiding your image behind glass. Our metal prints also offer the highest fade resistance compared to every other photo medium.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR METAL PRINT:
Our metal prints have a durable scratch resistant surface that is waterproof and can be cleaned easily with a damp cloth. Use caution when hanging. If dropped the corners can dent.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Artwork Return Policy
From the time you receive your original artwork from our couriers, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped back by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from DDS 2 Media L.L.C and are not fully satisfied, you have:
Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work
Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork through a traceable method and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number.
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within seven (7) days of receipt or you do not ship the work within three (3) days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
How to Return Undamaged Work
Step 1 –
Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, Contact us
to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 –
Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back.
– Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back to the artist using a traceable shipping method. Be certain to select "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP)
when creating your shipping label. You are required to pay all fees including custom costs when returning artwork back to us. If DDP is not selected, the amount owed will be taken from your returned funds.
– Email all shipping details including tracking number to email@example.com
Once the piece safely reaches us, DDS 2 Media L.L.C. will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.
